Our shirts are cut and sewn one by one.Each shirt, which is cut singularly with the aid of scissors only, is a unique piece though it has the same dimensions and wearability requirements demanded by the customer.
In fact our cuts take into account the required size, type of fabric that will be used and the potential image of the final product.
On customer's request, our items can be finished with seams along the armhole, embroidered buttonholes and entirely hand button sewing.
For the collar and the wrists we use the best interlining in pure cotton to guarantee their softness and elasticity throughout time. These are made of one or more layers, with varying thickness, depending on the model.
The collars, with the only exception of the button-down model, come with extractable collar stiffeners designed not to jeopardise the aesthetic features wash after wash.
